CHALLENGE
There was miscommunication or lack of communication among district personnel regarding the online learning program and its enrollment process.

SOLUTION
​A 10 minute e-Learning module to train school district personnel on the enrollment process.  

OUTCOME
District staff were happy with the e-learning module as it provided a quick step-by-step guide on the online program and the enrollment process.
